DUI /Risk reduction
program is certified by the
Georgia Department of
Drivers Service. Completion of the DUI/Risk Reduction
program is a requirement for reinstatement of a driver's license if
a driver has been convicted of DUI, DWI, possession of drugs, under
age possession of alcohol or drugs while driving or boating under the influence.
We offer Drug and Alcohol
Clinical Evaluations and treatment if needed.

| Defensive Driving Course |
Defensive Driving is a
six hour course licensed by the Georgia Department of Drivers
Service.
Individuals would attend
the Defensive Driving course for the following reasons;

Insurance Discount - Georgia law O.C.G.A. 33-9-42 states
with a clean driving record for three years you may receive at
least 10% reduction of your insurance premium. (Great for
business with company cars)

Ticket Dismissal- A judge in the state of Georgia has the
right to dismiss or non-process a ticket for a moving violation.
The insurance company will not be aware of the ticket.

Point Reduction- Drivers may take this course every 5
years to reduce up to seven points on their driving record.

License Suspension- If your license has been suspended by
the Department of Drivers Services for points accumulation, this
course may be required to reinstate your license.

Cost- The
Department of Drivers Services set the fee for the Drivers
Course. |
